Organic Honey

Client:
The Royal Ontario Museum in Canada was featuring an exhibition focused on the fictional characters from Winnie-the-Pooh. The exhibition featured interactive activities to enhance the visitors’ experience.

Objective:
Create a custom hang tag for organic honey bottles made exclusively for the exhibition, which would be available for purchase in the museum gift shop.

Ideation:
I wanted to create an illustration that was inspired by the original vintage Winnie-the-Pooh artwork that has a playful, hand drawn look. For the background, I created a subtle texture using a simple bee hive pattern. The colors red and yellow are based off of the colors used in the original cartoon drawings.


Role:
As the graphic designer, I was responsible for creating the hang tag art and preparing the file for the vendor to print successfully.
